Lisa Beichl

Lisa Beichl is the youngest of George and Isabella Beichl’s four daughters. Professionally she focuses on international health insurance development, with a strong interest in the working poor and has been able to travel the world in this role. She leads the development of global evidence based tools and consulting for employers, governments and other organizations to target the most relevant health and well-being risks (www.transparentborders.com). Her roots in a Jesuit education include a BA degree from Loyola College in Maryland and an MBA degree in finance from St. Joseph’s University. Lisa has published articles on the impact of health insurance in international settings, global employee productivity as it relates to health and well-being, and micro-health insurance. She maintains a strong interest in balancing public and private sector perspectives to ensure the long-term viability of quality programs. She is still working on mastering the bagpipes.
