In the late 1980s, Crack Cocaine blanketed the streets of Atlanta. Vine City was ground zero for the street-level illegal drug trade. Law enforcement was caught by surprise as neighborhood after neighborhood was decimated by the collateral damage of drug consumption and sales. In the midst of it all, a beat cop in northwest Atlanta fought for the community he loved.
